Dumb Girl

I thought when people went to rehab, the whole reason was to be secluded from the outside world in hopes of working out your problems and getting help.
With that said, why is Lilo going to tanning salons and biking around? Last time she was in rehab biking around and skating on the beach, and well...we all know how that turned out.
She needs to get with the program, literally, bahaha & get some support...for her boobies.
